Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Omnacy LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 12708911, London, United Kingdom ("Omnacy", "we"). They cover the Omnacy website at care.omnacy.health and the Omnacy iPhone app. By using Omnacy you agree to them. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.
What Omnacy is
Omnacy is a care-navigation tool for people in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. It helps you understand your symptoms with an AI-generated second read from a specialist panel, find a suitable specialist, and estimate what your insurance plan may cover. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace your doctor.
Not a medical emergency service
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately: 999 (UK) or 998 (UAE), or go to your nearest A&E or emergency department. Do not use Omnacy in place of emergency care, and do not wait for a result from Omnacy.
If you are thinking about harming yourself, in the UK contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text SHOUT to 85258; in the UAE call the National Mental Health Helpline on 800-HOPE (4673).
AI results are information, not a diagnosis
The panel's review is produced by AI models. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it only knows what you tell it. Use it to prepare for a conversation with a doctor, not to decide on treatment by yourself. Insurance figures are estimates from reference information, not a decision by your insurer: always check cover with your insurer before you book.
Who can use Omnacy
You must be 18 or over to create an Omnacy account.
On a family plan, family members under 18 can only be added and managed by you as the plan holder, and only if you are their parent or guardian. They have no sign-in of their own, and you are responsible for the information you enter for them. Adults should use their own account: adults you invite to a family plan keep their own separate account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Plans and payments
Omnacy has a free tier, and emergency help is always free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in pounds (GBP) in the UK and dirhams (AED) in the UAE, and continue until you cancel. Monthly allowances apply to some features; the pricing page shows the current prices and allowances.
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If your panel review didn't change your decision, email hello@omnacy.health within 30 days for a refund.
Closing your account
You can delete your account in account settings. If you pay for a plan, cancel it in the billing portal first: deleting your account does not cancel your plan, so we will not delete an account while a plan is still billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you can delete your account after that. Deleting cannot be undone. If you run a family plan, the plan and the family members you manage are deleted too; adults you invited keep their own accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use Omnacy to submit false medical information, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Live care directories
Where enabled, live map listings use Google Maps. Their use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Directory statements do not establish clinical suitability, personal insurance cover or an appointment.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before your claim, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable. Omnacy is not a medical or emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number (see Not a medical emergency service).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law where you live, including in the UK and the UAE.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date below when we do.
